I'd say this is pretty damn good The goats are adorable and over all the art itself is very well done. You seem to have everything in the right place, the proportions seem great too. All I'd say is the head looks a little too big. It's hard to tell because of the angle, his cape and hair cover most of his body and head but the part of head we can see seems too long. I'd also work on the forshortening, it appears as tho he is or should be facing away from us therefore parts that are closer to our eye (Ie. His feet) should be larger than say, his hands. I'd also move the goats around slightly, according to the position of his foot the goats are standing next to him, or even a little closer to us then they should be. Think of your horizon line, the vanishing point (where the shed begins to 'slope' out of perspective) (It actually has two vanishing points, one to the right and left altough both seem off screen.) Since you've used a photo as the background you need to take the photo into consideration to make the characters fit in and make it into a scene rather than a drawing slapped onto a background.

Last but not least the goats, again the proportions are right but the anatomy is slightly off. Take a look at a real goat, they have funny shaped heads and rather wierd, adults have skinny legs most of the time too (babies are chubbier) Don't be afraid of using reference, it will really help you. Right now the goats look a bit more like baby deer to me rather than baby goats, [link] (this is a pygmy goat which are generally smaller, but its anatomy is right) baby goats have big, round foreheads, their ears and eyes are quite low in comparison, also bear in mind how teeny baby goats are. You want to get that adorable little baby image going to really make this picture ^^.

Last but not least, I'd recommend drawing the background yourself. It's great practice, even if you just copy the photo

Keep up the good work, your art really does have a lot of potential. I'd love to see this re-drawn in the future
